THERAPY

You come to the session just as you are.
There is no need to prepare in advance.

I do not ask questions beforehand and I do not need to know your story ahead of time.
Each person carries their own experiences, emotions, and inner world, and meeting you without prior information allows the work to unfold naturally, honestly, and without judgment.

CLEANSING

At the beginning of the session, we gently release energies and influences that no longer belong to you.

This step helps create a clear and calm space—both for you and for the work itself.
When these influences are released, it becomes easier to connect with your own emotions, thoughts, and inner truth.

Only then does the therapy begin to flow fully and safely.

THE THERAPEUTIC PROCESS

After this release, the topics that are most important for you at this moment begin to appear naturally.

There is no fixed structure or predefined path.
Every person is different, and every session unfolds in its own unique way.

Themes that often arise include:

  • the deeper causes of current challenges

  • emotional wounds or inner blocks

  • relationship patterns

  • repeating life situations

  • inner conflicts you may not yet be aware of

Many things that once felt confusing or heavy suddenly begin to make sense.

PAST EXPERIENCES AND SOUL MEMORY

Some fears, patterns, and emotional blocks are carried on a deeper soul level.

Even if we do not consciously remember them, they can still influence how we feel, think, and act today.

During therapy, we may gently touch these layers and bring understanding, closure, and release—so they no longer hold power over your present life.

When these experiences are acknowledged, space opens for movement, change, and relief.

ANGELS AND SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE

The session may also include working with spiritual guidance and angelic support.

You may receive insight into who supports you, what energies surround you, and what messages are meant for you at this time.

These moments often bring a sense of reassurance, deep calm, and confirmation that you are on your own unique path.

CLOSING AND INTEGRATION

At the end of the session, we gently integrate everything that has opened:

  • we bring closure to what no longer needs to be carried,

  • we soften old emotional wounds,

  • we release what no longer serves you,

  • and we create space for new, healthier ways of being.

The session usually lasts up to two hours, allowing the work to be deep, yet gentle and grounded.
